A recent study released over the weekend suggests a change for how linemen should train ahead of seasons…would a coach agree?

-Lucky for us, we have a long-time coach on our show with Bill; the study, in Sports Health: A Multidisciplinary Approach, said linemen across youth, high school, and college levels should be subject to train in air conditioning to avoid heat stroke
-The 2-year study, authored by a collection of trainers, physicians and researchers, showed that 97% of heat stroke deaths in football players were from offensive/defensive linemen from 1998-2021
