Andile Siphesihle Ngcobo is a 27-Year-old farmer in Pietermaritzburg, managing Tusokuhle Farming (Pty) Ltd. He is an experienced Farm Manager skilled in Strategic Management, Sustainable Development, Business and Agricultural Production Planning, Public Speaking, and Leadership. Andile was on the front cover of the Farmers Weekly in January 2019 and holds a Diploma in Agriculture from Cedara College of Agriculture in KwaZulu-Natal.
