Kai'sa llega a la Grieta, y tras los grandes cambios que nos trajo el parche 8.4 en Riot han utilizado este parche para corregir pequeños errores y hacer balanceos más pequeños: Entre otros: Azir, Tristana, Ryze y Galio reciben un nerf a sus habilidades, mientras que otros como Zoe, Rengar, Olaf, Shyvana y Nocturne reciben buffs a sus kits. Además, nuevas skins, cambios en las runas, balanceo de objetos como el Banner of Command y la Warmog's Armor y un cambio al dragón de aire.
