After front row seats at this weekend's UFC event, Eddie is back in interview mode to talk to someone who he has been fascinated by for a long time - Wim Hof, known as the Ice Man.

Wim and Eddie talk about how he developed his technique, and what he thinks it can do to change your mindset, and how he has so much energy at 62 years of age.
