This week Craig chats with Bill Huff - who is the Associate Director of Summer housing at Georgetown in DC - about his role as the conference chair for this year’s national ACPA 2019 conference, which takes place in Boston! Bill and Craig discuss Bill’s transition from growing up the midwest to living on the east coast as a professional, and branch into the always hectic work of summer housing and conference support - which is a wild never-ending revolving door of excitement. From there, we explore all of the ins and outs of planning a massive higher education conference, as well as the social justice-informed initiatives that influence all of the work that is done in community at ACPA. Craig will be a caucus leader at the conference this year and we discuss what that looks like as well! We hope you dig this conversation!

MUSIC NOTE:
- This week you got to hear tunes from the fantastic new Point North EP, “Retrograde.” The band plays a very refreshing take pop punk that teeters into a lot of mainstream appeal - even reminding us of what might happen if Post Malone had a pop punk band.
- We played the songs, “Never Going Home” and “Gasoline” on the episode this week - both tracks are standouts on the EP, which is a solid five-song release.
- The EP was released by We Are Triumphant last week, and if you like what you heard, check out the album on Spotify, Apple Music, and iTunes!
