In this podcast we nail some of the claims regarding how DEI affects the workplace and remind everyone about the true meaning and intent of diversity. We also analyze some of the reasons that the tech industry still has a long way to go when hiring the most underrepresented minorities: Latinos, Blacks, and Native Americans.
