Although Hurtado has won over 63 awards and has been nominated over 200 times for his work, he aspires for more, and is hard at work on projects that will continue to propel him forward as one of the nation's top emerging filmmakers.
Carlos has a heart for people and his philanthropic work through his storytelling has been instrumental in supporting important causes for children and families.
