Yoga is forever a practice of going deeper and deeper internally. How can we find peace during the unknown today and at the same time create the future of our dreams? There are numerous examples of spiritual leaders who remain not just calm in chaos but are blissed out regardless of outer experiences. How can yoga help us not just be more joyful during chaotic times but also move towards a future where we can be more joyful and have less chaos surrounding us?
