Join Sue in conversation with journalist and author Alan Pearce, who has covered some of the world’s most harrowing conflicts as a BBC war correspondent. He says he often witnessed ‘the worst and the best of humanity all in the same day.’ Due to being constantly exposed to violence and death, he developed post-traumatic stress disorder which has impacted the way he perceives his own mortality.
