Welcome to our second EA meeting! In this episode of Empaths Anonymous we discuss setting boundaries as a highly sensitive person. The conversation explores the importance of setting (and maintaining!) boundaries when you feel like you don’t have an idea of where to start. We define what boundaries mean for us personally and share our experiences with what it feels like to have them constantly broken by ourselves and others alike.

We discuss the challenges of maintaining a sense of self as empaths and the importance of self-care. We also explore the fear, shame, and judgment that can arise when setting boundaries and offer tips for effective boundary-setting.

We've opened up the chats! Please join the conversation and of course always feel free to drop us a line at empathsanonpod@gmail.com
