This week we are into part 2 of our religious discrimination mini-series after introducing the topic in last week’s podcast. This week we look at some of the key religious discrimination cases to come to tribunal, to provide a useful backdrop to any concerns you may have ongoing at the moment.
It's our view, that the more you are able to acquaint yourself with your employment rights in this area, the more your rights will act as an early warning system, which you can use to spot bad treatment or illegal treatment that you may be suffering at work.
