In this episode, I have talked about Thinking Patterns. I have been working on this project for a long time, as I struggled a lot with certain kinds of thinking patterns. I realized that thinking patterns play a very important role in our life as everything starts with one good thought. I have been researching, learning, observing, experimenting with my thinking patterns, and comes to a point where I knew that Quality Thinking is so much important to live our life.
