Grief with Megha Joshi
sensitive topics discussed in this episode so please do a body check in before listening
We were so blessed to have such an open conversation with the beautiful grief and connection coach Megha Joshi, founder of The Soulful Project
We touched on personal stories, psychology and different stages of grief, how to support someone through grief, the importance of an inner circle and so much more. Dayelene and Megha shared personal stories that will bring a tear to your eye so have the tissues handy!
Jules and I are just so grateful that we have created such an open space for women to share their stories and remind women all over the world that no matter what you have navigated or been through you can still have the most beautiful life and triumph your pain into purpose.
Before we hit record, we do a somatic drop in, call in anything that needs to be shared on the podcast through us and trust the conversation will flow where it needs too.
This episode was a pure example of that.
5 griefs
