Part 1 - So much about an organisation depends on its leadership and a school is no different. Priorities, processes and policies… all of these elements are set by the Principal and the leadership team. But more importantly, the principal also directs the values and vision for, teaching and learning of course, but for the whole school community. This week I’m speaking with our Principal, Mr Richard Baird about his vision for Endeavour College.
