Bills fans have spent the last 25 years surviving on memories. When Sean McDermott and Josh Allen brought our team back into the fray, it was like making new friends and catching up with old ones at the same time. We had our hopes rekindled. Perhaps we could recover from long festering wounds, and finally see a miracle we have waited so long to see.
On a bitter-cold Saturday in January at Highmark Stadium we saw just that. The Buffalo Bills will go down in history as the team that played the perfect offensive game. Another record broken for a team that can't stop breaking them. No punts. No field goals. No turnovers. No fourth downs. More touchdowns than incomplete passes. As if that weren't enough, we did it against the Patriots. Bill Belichick won't ever forget that Saturday, and we won't let anyone else forget either.
And yes, since that moment we have all been broken records, but the job isn't finished yet. The score is still left unsettled. We can't stop, we won't stop, onward to glory.
Good luck Josh Allen and co. Don't lay an egg.
