Most notably, as Technology Deployment Manager, he spearheaded Shell’s “Technology Replication Thrust for Production Excellence,” a program hailed as one of the company’s most successful technology deployment initiatives. Erik’s extensive background also includes expertise in subsurface, wells, and facilities technologies.
Erik holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Twente and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management. His vast experience and innovative approach have made him a leader in leveraging technology to enhance business performance in the energy sector.
