I'm excited to share about our In-Person Practitioner for the Zodiac Energy Empowerment Series!!

This is Garre Liana and she will be helping us to connect with our heart space for Leo class through an Art Expressions Class.

Here is more about Garre:

My name is Garre (pronounced Gary) and I'm a healer and artist in St, Petersburg, FL. I'm a reiki master, yoga teacher, breathwork guide, spiritual mentor, stress and trauma specialist and personal trainer. I help people heal all layers of their being and help them align with their highest vibration. I believe we are all creative beings and I help my clients tap into their creativity. One of my biggest loves is teaching yoga to teen girls at the juvenile detention centers and behavioral centers in Florida. Teaching kids and adults practices that help them build awareness, self-regulate, and feel safe in their bodies has been an amazing adventure. I also love to draw, read, listen to music, travel, hike, go to the beach, learn, cook, and cuddle my dog, Moose.

Scope of Today’s Class:

In this class we will be exploring the themes of Leo energy. Leo is connected to the heart. During this class, we will be guided by Garre through a meditation to center us in our heart space. Then we will explore where our heart wants to go through art, specifically through the medium of pastels. Using the pastels will allow for the flow creativity to come through us.

The Big Picture

As we do this process, we can tune into our intention. As we connect with our heart and this unconditional love and creative energy we identify this is the first ingredient we need for our intention to grow into a manifestation.

This series is to give you the sacred space to explore each zodiac energy individually through an activity and on your own time integrate your experience to go deeper on your journey. We are experiencing this series over 12 weeks (the 12 core classes) with also several intro classes and the last celebration class/ festival. Through these 12 classes its important to set an intention and watch your intention grow into your manifestation as you nurture your intention through each class.
