Heute treffen wir uns in Dannys Küche zum Unterhalten und Kochen: Michael: So what are we going to cook today? Chris: I want Fish&Chips. Danny: But you can have Fish&Chips any day of the week! Let’s do something special. Michael: Pizza! Danny: No! Today we are making my favorite meal: Jägerschnitzel. Michael: What? Danny: It’s a German specialty! Michael: I know that. I was hoping for something more... exotic. Chris: I like Jägerschnitzel. Michael: Okay, fine. Whatever. Did you get all the ingredients? Danny: Yes, I bought three pork steaks. Chris: That’s not enough. Danny: Oh be quiet! I got three pork steaks, a bag of chips and the sauce mix. Michael: Fine, so who is doing what? Danny: Chris, you are in charge of the meat. Here is the frying pan. The butter is over there. Chris: Do I have to season the meat as well? Danny: No, I already put salt and pepper on it. Chris: Excellent. Danny: Michael, you do the chips. Here is the deep fat frier. The oil is already inside and the bag with the chips is in the freezer. Michael: That should be a piece of cake. Danny: Indeed. I will make the sauce. Where did I put the small pot? Chris: I believe it’s in the sink. Danny: Oh yes. Did you clean it? Chris: No, I couldn’t find the washing-up liquid. Danny: Never mind, I’ll do it. Chris: I’ll need a fork. Where do you keep your cutlery? Danny: It’s in the drawer next to the refrigerator. Michael: What do you want me to do with the dirty knife. Danny: Put it in the dishwasher. Michael: Okay. Chris: I’m hungry. Do you have any snacks? Danny: You are cooking dinner right now, Chris! It’ll be done in 10 minutes. Michael: I still think we should order some pizza.
