Rob is joined by the remarkably energetic Mica Le John, an entrepreneurial thinker at the intersection of identity, culture and technology. The conversation dives immediately into how we gain and share knowledge around Race, Class, Gender, Sexuality and Ability lenses with young people. Mica proudly continues a global multicultural legacy of incredibly strong women in their family, and brings a level of thoughtfulness and insight borne of their own life experiences plus their progressive liberal arts education at NYC’s New School.

Mica's story paints a vivid picture of their multifaceted creative identity in the Arts, Acting, a family of musicians and now as a millennial entrepreneurial bridge builder. As an executive leader with the Irregular Hours company now, and formerly a Co-Founder of Idoru, a creative tech company that merged identity and culture, Chair of the Board of Directors at viBe Theater Experience, co-creator of the "Collective Media" community, and a delegate to the C100 Canadian entrepreneurship mission, Mica's energy resonates across a range of communities.

Rob and Mica’s natural rapport creates a fascinating exploration between new friends about some really important sociocultural ideas in today’s world. Don't miss out!
