No better way to kick off Black History Month, than chatting over the fine details of starting and growing a successful Barbecue business. Todays guest, Isiah Morgan of Zeke's B-B-Que; took over 100 years of traditional Barbecue style cooking and history. Concentrated the flavors and created a robust sauce and rub line. Though the roots may be based in Indianapolis, Isiah aka Zeke, has steadily grown his barbecue business in Ga while getting his rubs and sauces into over half a dozen retail locations.
