Not enough is said or studied about how integrating sustainability in the NPO sector can contribute toward meeting the challenges of the sector, including donor and societal demands on often constrained organisations. In this episode, we speak to Rape Crisis Trust Director, Kath Dey, and learn from her how embarking on a sustainability journey has been a positive step for the organisation.
