Since 2007, he's been serving Meridian, focusing on practical solutions for community issues. Elected in 2019, Mayor Simison prioritizes resident needs, enhancing services, and ensuring safety. His initiatives include road projects, new fire stations, police improvements, and family-friendly services like park expansions and recreational investments. With a dedication to service, Mayor Simison is actively involved in local and national organizations, including serving on the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation from 2020-2023.
