We often have so many things that weigh on us unnecessarily. We have to actively and purposefully remove worry from our lives. It is just like everything else, if you don't tend to it or address it, it can and will consume you.

Be better to yourself daily. Make addressing circumstances and people that may worry you a priority. You deserve it.
