Our thankful thought for today is this: When we discover that all of life is filled with wonderful, abundant grace and goodness, we will begin to see things change. Not just in our surroundings, or in people, or in situations, but in us. The whole thing about being thankful is that it points us to the ultimate source of everything and shows us why we have everything that we do have. The abundant grace of God that is all-sufficient and everlasting allows us to express appreciation and is the prescription for our worry, our anxiety, and our never-ending pursuit of having more. When we focus on this grace and goodness, we will find multiple occasions to give thanks.

Our quote of thanks is from Steve Maraboli. He said, "A sense of entitlement is a cancerous thought process that is void of gratitude and can be deadly to our relationships."

Our Bible verse of thanks is Psalm 136:5 (NLT). It reads, "Give thanks to him who made the heavens so skillfully. His faithful love endures forever."
