Welcome back! Today I interview bestie @taliapamensky, who I went to sixth form and uni with. Tals has always deeply inspired me to tap into and work on my relationship with spirituality, with huge benefits to my mental health and overall being. We discuss Talia's own journey with spirituality through school, uni and beyond, delving into the big questions, her dreams to be a healer and tips for those getting started with it all. It will be impossible not to leave this episode filled with energy and inspiration to look within and self-reflect <3
We also discuss sobriety in relation to being present, a very interesting topic in my opinion! Overall it was such a blast to record with Tals, a natural speaker and healer as well as amazing friend.
