It was September 7th 1996 – a balmy night in Las Vegas, Nevada. Thousands of people flocked to the glitzy city to watch the Heavyweight Title boxing match between Mike Tyson and Bruce Sheldon. Tyson and Sheldon’s was not the only fight of the night. Around 8:30, an altercation had broken out in the main lobby of the MGM Grand. The man who threw the first punch was hip-hop sensation, Tupac Shakur. Security guards broke up the fight, but by the end of the night, the 25-year-old Tupac Shakur was dead.
