On today's episode Adam and Derrick are getting angry! Well actually no, they're just talking about anger and how we need to control it before it controls us. There is righteous anger and anger that can lead to sin. How do we handle both? Why do we get angry and then rehearse the argument we want to have?

Sometimes to diffuse anger in someone we love we just need to say, "I'm sorry that I hurt you." The Bible says, "Be angry and do not sin." When you let anger fester you think wrong thoughts, and thoughts lead to actions. Sometimes we avoid talking about our anger with the people who cause it because we're afraid of confrontation. Some times we just need to take a step back to breathe and take a minute to cool off before we can have a rational conversation.

Should we carry offence? Is it ok to be offended? Healthy offence causes you to take action. Living in offence causes us to be stagnant. Derrick pulls the classic dad line, "I'm not angry, I'm just disappointed."
