An Ayurvedic practitioner with more than 21 years of experience, diet & lifestyle counselor, and mother of two kids Dr. Harshita Sethi is a recognized name in Ayurveda today. She completed her MD in Kaya Chikitsa branch of Ayurveda in 2003, She runs panchkarma wellness clinic with the name of Avedna Ayurveda Panchkarma Centre in Gurgaon & Noida. She also served as a lecturer in Kaya Chikitsa at Mayur college, London along with her practice there for about 8 years. She is registered and associated with Delhi Bhartiya Chikitisa Parishad, Central Council of Indian Medicine, National Integrated Medical Association, Ayurvedic Practitioner association and Vishwa Ayurved Parishad. Dr. Sethi has presented several research papers and won the prestigious Atreya Award 2016 for excellence in Ayurvedic Practice conferred to her by the Association of Ayurvedic Professionals of North America.
