Guys, we’ve listened to some very interesting people so far. This next interview is with Vinita Viswanarayan, the branding director from AstraZeneca. During the course of her career, Vinita made the jump from being an engineer to the commercial side of things. Her insight on career transitions and how one can take small steps to realize a new role is invaluable in this interview.

This interview with Vinita was very interesting. If you pay attention closely, Vinita's answers all take into account, the bigger picture. Before she gives her thoughts on a specific subject, she answers the question from a “why” perspective. Why do we need background information? Why do we need feedback? Why ask the question? Why should we ask “why”? We hope you guys start asking yourselves these questions as well, after this interview. When we did, we certainly discovered some surprising new avenues to explore.
