Hi everyone! We are at episode 5! We are loving the feedback, so keep it coming! This next episode is one for all our viewers out there, looking to make career transitions. In episode 5, we talk to Tash Tseng.

All right everyone, we know what you are all thinking at this point about the name of the episode. The episode is named “The Pitch”, not because Tash comes from a sales background, but because Tash talks about what it means to take the first step towards approaching a problem, with an amazing baseball analogy. he also talks about what it means to make career transitions, and what factors should be considered before making that decision. In our interview with Tash, we noticed a recurring theme. He not only talks about how one can advance in their careers, but also how one can contribute to the growth of their organizations. He emphasizes on team and team building. He talks about what it takes for an employee to contribute to a team, and what it takes for an organization to help their employees see and contribute to their vision. This interview with Tash helped we realize how important it was to understand the organization that we worked for. We would love to hear what stood out to you guys in this interview.
