Game Time: The bizarre case of Ishan Kishan's exclusion from the Indian team

Over the past several months, wicketkeeper-batsman Ishan Kishan had expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of breaks amidst his hectic cricketing schedule. However, when he finally secured some time off, he chose to appear on the show "Kaun Banega Crorepati" and later travelled to Dubai. Photos surfaced of him on the balcony of a skyscraper and dining at a fine restaurant.
Surprisingly (or not so surprisingly), even though this aligns with the typical notion of taking a break, it appears that the decision-makers in Indian cricket were not pleased. And later, Kishan was mysteriously dropped from the Afghanistan Series.
