Andy Schindling was drafted by the Orioles as a pitcher in the 16th round in 2004. Baseball was his life, and the skills he learned are now applied to The Complete Player Charity (TCP), which he founded in 2015.

Now, he is pitching a different game to make sure the underserved kids of Northern Anne Arundel County will get every opportunity to succeed! It's not all book smarts--that's part of it. But it is accountability, perseverance, and bravery as well. TCP is in the schools with their mentors; they are running after-school programs and summer camps. But most importantly, TCP is giving hope, opportunity, and potential to the kids who will be leading us tomorrow!

PLUS--they are preparing to host their 7th Annual Golf Tournament in September!
