This episode, I’m sharing an interview I did over on Erica Rooney’s podcast, From Now to Next. I had such a great time talking to Erica and I knew you’d enjoy our conversation too.

I share with Erica how I followed a typical college to career path and found myself in a job that I was passionate about but had terrible leadership. After that experience, I knew I had to help people in business to do better.

We get into why having naysayers is actually a sign you’re doing something right and how to work through it.

And then we get into what Erica calls a “sticky floor” topic: Money Stories. Everyone has one! I share one of mine from a few years ago and how I worked through it.

[00:13:06] Why naysayers are often an indicator that you’re on the right track

[00:24:33] We all have a Money Story. Here Brittany shares a bit about what this is and what story she was telling herself that was holding her back in her business a few years ago.
