Prior to joining Hearst, she was the Assistant Secretary General and Chief Information Technology Officer for the United Nations. In addition to being CIO, she started a school and she's the founder of CIOs Without Borders. Why? Because innovation needs purpose. That's where the excitement lives – in a purpose.
