The hope is that they can continue the vision started by the Reformation, bringing Christian principles of liberty and freedom to governments, so that the Gospel can be preached, unhindered to a lost and dying world.We must recognize that the freedom and prosperity which has been a hallmark of America for over two hundred thirty-one years, was not brought about simply by luck or by the invention of man, but because America’s freedoms and liberty are built on the foundation of God’s Word and his plan. America’s success can be traced throughout history by a great cloud of witness faithful to the Word of God and his calling."Finally, let us not forget the religious character of our origin. The purpose o f history is not about you and I. The purpose of history is to bring glory to God the Father, through his Son, Jesus Christ.
