Abortion has always been political and painful. It is no less so today, although most of us have no memory of a time when it has not been in political debate.

Is this the one issue that has no middle ground?

How can you be both pro-life and pro-choice?

No one is actually pro-death but the language surrounding the controversy is important and sets the stage for the debate. Both Kathy and Karl struggle to hold what they value most dear while trying to care for both the weak, vulnerable and voiceless.

We hope the topic itself won't scare you away and that you will bravely ponder how to live with the reality of this most difficult issue.
