2 Corinthians 5:6-17

To see the world through resurrection eyes is to trust that God is doing something new and beautiful in the World. To trust this is happening even when all we can see is the ugliness of human self-absorption. It is living in hope that the best of humanity will overcome the worst of human impulses.
And as Christians, our job, is to scatter the seeds of God’s love, mercy and healing, compassion and justice, peace and forgiveness and watch as God nourishes, waters, and cultivates these seeds so they can grow into what God wants them to be.
