When there is a pending divorce or family law matter, many parties worry about upcoming court dates. It can be hard for many to get off work. Some might be embarrassed to be seen in court. Others might think that since they have an attorney, the attorney can handle it for them. Every situation is different and it's vital to discuss this with your lawyer.
