On this week’s episode of Legal Live, Sheifalika is joined by Farah & Farah personal injury attorneys, Scott Burleigh and Sam Ranard. Scott and Sam discuss a new law that is on the brink of being passed, the Move-Over Law. This law would require drivers to shift lanes when driving by a pedestrian’s car that is pulled over, not just emergency vehicles. They answer phone calls ranging from a possible falling tree that could cause home damages to a soapy mess left on the caller’s pool enclosure. They also received an interesting question, “Why is the Camp Lejeune Lawsuit not against the contaminator and why is the government paying for it?”
