On this week’s episode of Legal Live, Sheifalika is joined by Eddie Farah & Chuck Farah. Eddie discusses a recent case pertaining to someone that did not pay property taxes on their condominium and the local government sold it to make their money back. They also talk about how the supreme court redefined what a wetland is, which is going to allow developers to build on previously protected land. Also, there is a new lawsuit being brought against Google for not removing harmful posts on their platform that they believe is not their responsibility. One caller discussed their concerns about contesting a will and what they can legally do. Our final caller wanted to know about the statutes of limitations on a specific crime that happened to them.
