Hello everyone and welcome back to the Farming for Passive Income show where we strive to educate the agricultural community on how to create alternative income streams and diversification through commercial real estate private equity.

Jordan D’Silva is the CEO of Web City Properties, a family-owned and operated real estate investment firm focused on single-family rentals, value-add multifamily, and residential development in southern Dallas and surrounding areas. Web City Properties has 14 full-time employees and over 40M in assets under management.

Web City Properties was started by Jordan’s father, John D’Silva, in 2005. John was an immigrant who came to the United States from India in the 1970s and built multiple businesses from the ground up before starting Web City Properties in Dallas with the intention to buy, rehab, sell, and rent single-family homes in southern Dallas. He grew the business to 500+ units over 15 years before passing away in 2020. Jordan D’Silva took over after his passing and has worked to pivot the company’s investment strategy into multifamily and development opportunities.

Jordan has had success identifying new investment opportunities acquiring 30+ single-family rentals since 2020, a 12-unit multifamily property in Weatherford in April 2022 and is a partner on a 96-unit student housing property in Waco, TX. He has successfully built two single-family houses and is currently building another three more in DFW. He has multiple opportunities in the pipeline including a 24 unit SFR portfolio and a co-warehousing investment opportunity.

Jordan is also passionate about creating social impact in Dallas, starting a nonprofit to work with local organizations and entrepreneurs to create grassroot level solutions to systemic problems impacting the community. He has consulted with 3+ entrepreneurs, created multiple partnerships with local housing organizations to provide support services, and is poised to lead an immigrant business incubation program in Spring 2023.
