This week the podcast reviews an order by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit which declined to stay an order that enjoined the use of Nationwide Permit 12 for the construction of new oil and gas pipelines, an EPA issuance of a final rule regarding CWA Section 401 certification, two cases out of Pennsylvania which deal with oil and gas royalty payments, and a development relating to national energy policy for NSPS for oil and gas.
