This week's podcast highlights a Memorandum issued by the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture to expedite environmental reviews on lands in the National Forrest System, a Louisiana bill which would have amended definitions and penalties for unauthorized entry into a critical infrastructure, a Supreme Court opinion allowing the issuance of a permit for pipeline construction under the Appalachian Trail, and an oil and gas lease cancellation on tribal lands within Montana which was upheld by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.

Host: Sara Jenkins, Research Assistant Editor: Kaela Gray, Research Assistant
