FASD Hope is a podcast series about Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), through the lens of parent advocates with over twenty years of living experience.

Liz has written 3 books, through her adolescence through adulthood, about her living with an FASD. She is a musician and performed at the Minnesota State Capitol. Liz is a wig artist and she began a program called “Liz’s Kitchen” to create videos for people with memory issues. FASD Hope is honored to give Liz a platform to share her journey. This conversation took place while Liz is in the hospital, awaiting a transplant.
