The Postal Service, struggling to deliver mail and packages on time during the pandemic, is getting a few upgrades. USPS finally awarded a 10-year contract to replace its fleet of ancient delivery trucks, and President Joe Biden is staffing up the USPS Board of Governors with three new nominees.
