Every fruit of this glorious American civilization is a direct result of Christianity being applied to and enforced within a society, from the common law of the colonies to our founding, organic documents, to our statutory laws over the centuries. From traditional family values to the right to life and property, from education and literacy to work ethic and economics, prosperity and charity; from civil liberties to the equality of man; from entrepreneurship to ingenuity and invention; from law and order to civil justice, America stands out as exceptional. It is a place where Christian freedom has unleashed the possibilities of an unfettered human spirit. And so when conflict arises, Liberals can never take the side of America because that would be a silent admission of the superiority of our civilization and it’s inherent Christian heritage. Must be our fault, can’t be Islam or the extremists. The Left has to maintain this silly notion that all civilizations are created equal. But the truth is, they aren’t.
