We are excited to welcome pro triathlete and content creator Carolyn Carter to the show this week! You might know Carolyn by her Instagram handle @la_triathlete, where she makes fun and relatable reels for triathletes of all levels. In the episode she tells us about her triathlon journey, from swimming as a kid, to now racing professionally and deciding to work with a coach. We also got to hear about how she balances a full time job with triathlon training, as well as what her hopes are for her future in the sport and if she will pursue more pro racing, or continue at the top of the age group ranks.
