Nastassia Ponomarenko is an Entrepreneur, Social Media Influencer and New Author. Nastassia started her YouTube channel when she was in 6th grade and was soon able to develop it into something she really loved; fitness. Since it's conception, Nastassia has been able to amass over 700,000 subscribers on her Youtube Channel and over 500,000 followers on Instagram. While others her age were thinking about their college applications, Nastassia was hard at work on her fitness apparel line, NastyFit which she launched when she was just 18 years old. Nastassia knew at a young age that her mission in life was to help others achieve their highest potential and in March of 2020 she released her first book, "From Dust to Discipline." Nastassia sat with FemmeRadio to discuss how you can achieve so much more than you think if you just focus on your desires, build your discipline and train your mind.
