Part 1, ep. 3 - Lael Wilcox is the best female ultra-endurance cyclist in the World. She has won the 2016 Trans-Am (beating all the men) and currently holds the women's record on the Tour Divide. In this episode, Lael talks about how there used to be zero money or sponsorship in the Ultra-Endurance & Bikepacking segment of the industry. Despite this, Lael has been able to create a viable career for herself in the sport. In this episode, Lael talks about how she has achieved that by smashing records, but also by telling those stories.
