I'm covering the untimely murder of 36-year-old Steve McNair, a former NFL player. Steve was just 36 years old when he was murdered by his 19-year-old girlfriend. Unfortunately, after his passing, it was discovered that he didn't have a signed will. Leaving his estate to his wife Mechelle and his children. However, McNair's mother had to move out of the house he had purchased for her after Mechelle became the owner after his passing and was requiring rent.

It's important to have a will even if you feel like you have absolutely nothing to pass along.
